SoftDisk #146 Star Trek Crossword Puzzles

June 3, 2017

The SoftDisks for Apple IIs starting around number 73 had themed crossword puzzles. One of my favorites is the Star Trek crossword puzzles here on SoftDisk number 146. It’s too bad the SoftDisks are not in the Public Domain.

I think I have #1 Across figured out.😀

IIGS Rom3 – Wheel of Fortune w DVI Adapter

February 13, 2017

The 1988 Wheel of Fortune. ProDOS 8 version running on my IIGS Rom3. It runs from a 3.5″ Disk.  This version makes use of the mouse for everything. Pretty nice version overall. The DVI Adapter is from Nishida Radio.

Floppy EMU on a Laser 128 – Apple IIc Clone

October 20, 2016

Running a Floppy EMU connected to Laser128:I can get both 3.5″ and 5.25″ EMU images to run just fine on the Laser128. The Laser128 will actually boot from a 3.5″ EMU image, just as it does with a real 3.5″ drive attached. Will not boot from a 5.25″ EMU image, which is normal. But I did run the 5.25 EMU MouseWrite image from the command line once I exited system utilities, with which I booted up the Laser128..
